Fitting Instructions:
- Start by removing the front number plate.
- Carefully snip any cable ties holding the start and stop switch cables to the bars then un-screw the clamps and let these hang down.
- Locate the connector for the switch on the bike, these are often close by to the headstock on the chassis but sometimes can be under the tank.
- Unclip the connector and remove the switch taking a note of the routing for the wiring.
- Clean the connector using contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact cleaner.
- Loosely attach the new switch on to the handlebars in the desired position.
- Route the wires as per the old switch and clip the connector together.
- Check all free pay in the wires by turning the bars to full extension and making sure the wires don’t pull tight, adjust if necessary.
- Re-fit cable ties to the wires if possible positioning the cables to the back of the bars to prevent damage from roost.
- Re-fit your number plate.

little on the loose side and the coin holder is especially dainty like a toe nail against the leg of a chair, but its fun to have even if its Copy Fiber and recommended it if your tired of old worn out trim or dont want someone's used version containing possible...follicles
(Yes ik fcp euro exists to get the og trim piece fresh from factory but damn it i want carbon fiber mkay?)

OEM fit, pattern is not the best
The product fits into your E46 center console perfectly. Locks in place. Great replacement for broken or worn out cup holders. The "carbon fiber" pattern leaves a lot to be desired. It was obviously dipped and the patter is skewed and very fake looking. I wrapped this with a carbon wrap and it looks fine but you might as well get a black one instead. I only gave it three stars because the fit is great as expected but the whole point of buying this one was the carbon fiber appearance which is poorly done.

Perfect Fit for 2008 Prius
I bought this for my 2008 Prius to help with allergens since I drive with my dog often. I wanted something that fit right and actually improved the air inside the car. Installation took under 5 minutes with no tools, and it dropped in without any issues. The build quality feels solid, not flimsy. After installing it, the air smells cleaner and seems to reduce dust and allergens during drives. It hasn’t restricted airflow and is holding up well with daily use so far.
