Handige tips:
- Kamertemperatuur: Laat je aankoop voor gebruik voor altijd even op kamertemperatuur komen.
- Laat de wax poolen: Als je zorgt dat het gehele oppervlak van de wax smelt, heb je het meeste én langste geurplezier. Het kan even duren en de vlam kan variëren van hoogte, maar dat is normaal.
- Let áltijd op: Blijf altijd in de buurt van de kaars. Kies voor een vlak, hittebestendig oppervlak op een tochtvrije plek en zorg dat kinderen, huisdieren, ontvlambare materialen en andere hittebronnen buiten bereik zijn.

- Trimmen lont: Zorg dat de lont altijd op de juiste lengte is: zo'n 5 milimeter. Doe dit door met een stukje keukenpapier heel voorzichtig de verbrande stukjes af te breken.

Fast and easy but I dont trust the process to be fully automated.
The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Don't waste your time. They'll just deny claim
Not a very reliable form of insurance. I had to file a claim on a 2 month old bedframe and they gave me the run around until I contacted Amazon.

No hassle to file and get a claim resolved.
I have to say, I expected a lot of hoops to jump through. Companies are all very eager to take your money, but when it comes time to pay out, in this case (Product Insurance) quite often it is a different story. But to my surprise that is not the case with Asurion. I submited my claim, and a few days latter I received my check. At 77 and retired from the computer field i have seen alot of things with companies that do not care about customer service and satisfaction. But when you make a purchase from Amazon with their 30 day return policy and Asurion insurance. You can't beat it.
