Intenso e opulento, lo Chardonnay prodotto da Greywacke ottenuto da uve provenienti da vigneti posti in terreni diversi per composizione ed esposizione. L'uva viene raccolta separatamente, per garantirne il miglior livello

Giallo paglierino carico; sprigiona ricchi sentori di pesca gialla, agrumi, tocchi dolci che ricordano il marzapane e la vaniglia. Al sorso è avvolgente, consistente, pur mantenendo una certa freschezza; lunghissimo il finale.

Intenso e opulento, lo Chardonnay prodotto da Greywacke è ottenuto da uve provenienti da vigneti posti in terreni diversi per composizione ed esposizione. L'uva viene raccolta separatamente, per garantirne il miglior livello qualitativo e la maturazione ottimale; la fermentazione, innescata esclusivamente da lieviti indigeni, avviene in barrique. Dopo 18 mesi di affinamento in legno, è pronto per essere imbottigliato e apprezzato in tutta la sua decisa espressività.

Potente e strutturato, si consiglia di abbinarlo con piatti a base di spezie, crostacei o secondi di carne bianca.
