Met de Staub Tajine Crème 28 cm maak je stoofgerechten met diepe smaak en een mooie presentatie op tafel. De tajine is gemaakt van duurzaam gietijzer. Dit materiaal is slijtvast, zuurbestendig, krasbestendig en uitzonderlijk hitte-efficiënt. Daardoor wordt de warmte gelijkmatig verdeeld en goed vastgehouden, zodat je ingrediënten rustig kunnen garen. Je gebruikt deze tajine op alle soorten fornuizen, inclusief inductie, maar ook in de oven en op de barbecue.

Mat zwart emaille voor intense smaken

De binnenkant heeft een matzwarte emaillaag die ideaal is voor aanbraden, stoven en braden. Deze laag is slijtvast en helpt om braadaroma’s te behouden, zodat vlees en groenten mooi kleuren en meer smaak krijgen. Het vlakke kookoppervlak maakt het extra makkelijk om ingrediënten goed te laten bruinen. Zo bouw je laag voor laag een rijke saus op, perfect voor klassieke tajines en andere gestoofde gerechten.

Traditioneel vakmanschap uit Frankrijk

Elke Staub tajine wordt gemaakt in de Franse fabriek van het merk en doorloopt veel productiestappen. Daardoor is ieder stuk uniek en wordt het streng getest op kwaliteit. Het keramische deksel houdt warmte en vocht in de pot, zodat je gerecht rustig verder stooft en mals blijft. De kleurrijke emaillaag aan de buitenkant geeft een luxe uitstraling en is bestand tegen afschilfering. Na het koken kan de tajine gewoon in de vaatwasser.
