De Carson JS-18 is een vierkante steelloep met een 2x vergroting, een ergonomisch handvat en een spotlens. Vanwege de rechthoekige vorm is dit vergrootglas een ideale accessoire om mee te lezen.

Dit universeel vergrootglas heeft een lenslengte van 85mm en een vergroting van 2x. De daadwerkelijke powerlens beschikt over een vergroting van 6,5x en bevindt zich rechtsonder op de lens. Het ergonomische handvat is gemaakt van kunststof; de lens is samengesteld uit acryl. In vergelijking met glas is acryl lichter van gewicht en heeft het een hogere kraswerendheid.

Daarom is de rechthoekige vorm deze Carson-loep een ideaal hulpmiddel tijdens het lezen, omdat u een groot deel van de te lezen zin in één keer kunt vergroten.
