Deze veelzijdige bijl is bijzonder geschikt voor werkzaamheden op de camping. Zo helpt hij bij het verzamelen en verwerken van brandhout, terwijl hij ook uitstekend inzetbaar is voor het bouwen van schuilplaatsen en andere bushcrafttaken. Bovendien zorgt de uitgebalanceerde constructie voor een prettige combinatie van kracht en controle.

De bijl wordt met de hand gesmeed uit hoogwaardig Zweeds kwaliteitsstaal in de historische smederij van Hults Bruk. Deze smeedtraditie gaat terug tot 1697. Tijdens het productieproces wordt de bijlkop bovendien 40 tot 60 keer geslagen, waardoor de dichtheid, sterkte en duurzaamheid aanzienlijk toenemen. Hierdoor ontstaat een bijl die jarenlang intensief gebruikt kan worden.

De Hultån is vernoemd naar de beek die vroeger het water leverde voor de waterraderen van Hults Bruk. Daardoor draagt deze bijl niet alleen vakmanschap, maar ook een stukje Zweedse geschiedenis met zich mee.

These shoes look nice and feel comfortable at first, but the soft memory foam type bottoms on these don't provide enough support. I am a big guy and find that over the course of the day the insoles compress and my feet end up at an angle. After a long day on my feet, my dogs are barking and my leg muscles are tight I think from walking on an angle. I added my GoodFeet arch support and they help a little with arch support, but the insole is so soft that it absorbs the bulge quite a bit. If you're skinny and need a decent looking pair of shoes on the cheap, they might be ok for you. I would not recommend long walks or strenuous activity in them. I will say they are lightweight, breathable and a decent value if you don't have flat feet and a beer belly (I don't even drink beer, how'd that happen, WTH?!)
