With this project, they experiment with parcels of fruit from all over Australia to create light-hearted, fun and playful wines made with little to no additions.
This is always a firm favourite at HB&B - it's a blend of a host of different red and white varieties that change vintage to vintage and the result is an amber-rose-ish delight. This year's blend is mostly skin-contact Pinot Gris, with a bit of Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and more chucked in. Super-fun and interesting - chill it and raise a glass.
