Slightly off dry and with the mere hint of blush, this has refreshing acidity and ripe strawberry flavours, with unexpected notes of amaro-esque bitter orange and pink grapefruit. Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered and unfined, no additional sulphites. A true summer essential.
