Create a daily practice with your reiki charged healing candle by writing down your specific goals and intentions and place the paper under the candle. Light your healing candle for 1-2 hours a day then snuff it out (not using your own breath). Return the next day at approximately the same time, re-read your intention, close your eyes and connect to the vibration of healing then re-light your candle and repeat the practice everyday until your reiki charged healing candle is finished.
