DOUBLE-SHEAR RADIUS ROD MOUNT FRAME BRACE

True double-shear design is strongest available
Better than cage-style radius rod enclosures

    • Strongest design available (patent-pending)
    • Upgrades frame to true double-shear radius rod mounting, increasing strength by 100%
    • Mounts to frame at additional points both above and below radius rods -
suspension loads are no longer concentrated on just the four radius rod holes
    • Eliminates "egging-out" & cracking of radius rod mounting holes
    • Makes differential fluid service and radius rod removal easy
    • Fits with stock or aftermarket radius rods*, and also with most rear bumpers & cage extensions
    • Durable black powder-coat finish
    • Complete kit installs easily in about 30-45 minutes
    • Fits 2014 - 2015 Polaris RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP-4 1000 (See separate listing for 2016 & newer models)
    • Made in the USA

* Does NOT fit on the High-Lifter or Desert Edition models, or any RZR equipped with Polaris #2879523 high-clearance radius rod kit.

The Polaris RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo have a rear trailing arm suspension with radius rods. This design provides camber changes throughout the suspension travel to improve handling. The stock Polaris radius rods are mounted to the frame in a weak single-shear fashion, with a separate sheet metal stiffener plate added to the rear.

The double-shear radius rod mount replaces the original stiffener plate and features additional frame mounting points (at both the top and bottom) to securely mount the double-shear plate directly to the frame, without relying only on the four radius rod bolts for mounting. The double-shear mount creates a second frame mount for the radius rods that is securely attached directly to the frame to support the rear of the radius rods. With the radius rods now supported on both the front (through the stock frame) and the rear (through the Thunderhawk double-shear plate), we have doubled the strength of the radius rod mounts, eliminating damaging flex and stopping the problem of deforming, elongating (egging-out) & cracking around the radius rod mounting holes in the RZR frame. Thunderhawk's double-shear design provides a major benefit by increasing frame and suspension strength, and is superior to any other rear radius rod plates or cages. Thunderhawk's patent-pending double-shear mounting is the only engineered solution that actually improves the frame design and strengthens the frame to handle the suspension forces encountered in real-world RZR driving conditions, whether racing or just for regular trail-riding.

The double-shear radius rod mount features a differential fluid service access hole and is designed to fit with Polaris-brand and most aftermarket bumpers or rear roll cages that use the Polaris-style mounts. Another nice feature offered by the double-shear design is the fact that this plate is mounted directly to the frame (independent from the four radius rod bolts) making rear suspension work much easier and allowing the radius rods to be removed and re-installed easily. Anyone who has removed their radius rods has discovered what a pain it can be to install the radius rods with the stock set-up.

The RZR XP 1000 & XP Turbo have become as common on tight & rough wooded trails as they were originally in the sand dunes. Riding in either environment has proven to lead to frame damage, even at slower speeds. We can confidently say that this part will benefit almost all RZR XP's by strengthening this weak area of the RZR frame. The double-shear radius rod mount installs in about 30-45 minutes. Red part in photo shows detail, but all double-shear plates shipped will be powder-coated Black. Made in USA.

* NOTE: This double-shear plate will NOT fit on the High-Lifter or Desert Edition models, or any RZR equipped with Polaris #2879523 high-clearance radius rod kit.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

A good read
Format: Kindle
A good read, just fluffy cuteness, no antagonism. I like all the characters. It could have used another round of editing however, glanfds being one error that cracked me up, and my personal pet peeve was that the author kept using the word fill instead of feel, which I promise you are not interchangeable haha, but it's definitely better than the majority of books I read on here mistake-wise.
