This DIY kit is made with genuine OEM Yazaki and Sumitomo parts, just like the original Toyota units.

To rebuild you will need to take photos of your current link set-up. De-pin the large 3-wire connectors and clean them to re-use. Assemble your fusible link wired in the fiberglass sheath, then add waterproof shields to each end. Strip the ends of your link wires and double check your orientation to your original photo prior to crimping your connectors on. Repin your connectors and reinstall your refreshed fusible link!
Pre-built. We will RARELY offer a pre-built kit. These are done as time allows. You will still need to re-use your large 3 terminal connector from your OEM fusible link you are rebuilding. Just de-pin that, pop this in and you are off to the tractor races.
