LA BELLE ENDORMIE
Dans un château, en un temps lointain, la fée Carabosse coupe le cordon ombilical d’un nouveau-né, une petite fille nommée Anastasia. Surgissent alors trois jeunes fées légères et étourdies. « Trop tard », annonce Carabosse d’un ton implacable : à l’âge de seize ans, l’enfant se percera la main et mourra. À la suite du décès tragique de leur père et des lourdes dettes qu’il a laissées derrière lui, Marie-Catherine et sa sœur Anne sont contraintes d’abandonner leur pensionnat pour être placées dans un couvent. Refusant de prendre le voile et de sombrer dans la misère, les deux jeunes filles implorent leur mère de les marier à Barbe bleue, un seigneur immensément riche. Ce qui semblait être une chance inespérée se transforme peu à peu en un véritable cauchemar…
