The Platatac ASAD First Line Belt IFAK is a compact, belt-mounted medical pouch designed for fast access and minimal bulk. Optimised for wear in the small of the back and mounted upside down, it keeps lifesaving medical essentials within easy reach—without interfering with your movement or other gear.
The main compartment features a Tweave® stretch pocket to accommodate a wide variety of medical kit loadouts. From chest seals and gauze to shears and airway tools, your IFAK stays secure, accessible, and adaptable to mission needs.
An adjustable side-release buckle ensures positive retention, while a laser-cut laminate lid with pinched corners reduces debris ingress and protects your gear in harsh environments. Two laser-cut slots on the top and bottom of the pouch allow for optional tourniquet holders (sold separately), giving you multiple configuration options.
Compatible with both belt and PALS mounting systems, this pouch is ideal for military, law enforcement, and tactical medical professionals who demand speed, reliability, and modularity in their first-line setup.
