Our latest fabric Walter started life as a houndstooth jacket that Flora loved and wore, later reimagining this time-old tweed weave to create a flamboyant, oversized houndstooth design with a distinctive personality all of its own. Flora often views upholstery as tailoring, approaching it with the same precise eye applied to the pattern making and cutting of a suit. Smart, striking, and available in a vibrant palette of twelve two-tone, jewel colours, this cotton weave is perfect for this streamlined and sleek approach.  

Created harnessing exclusively traditional techniques in one of our British mills, this design has become a characterful favourite of ours, lending itself brilliantly to upholstery, especially when paired with contrast detailing and sharp lines (as seen on our new Waltine stools), wider soft-furnishings and… our first foray into clothing, too.
