Private group session
Maximum of 8 people for a private experience and the minimum age is 17.
Before you book things to know
Sauna
You must not use the Sauna if you suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes; are pregnant; or are prone to dizziness or fainting. All people using the sea as a 'cold plunge' do so at their own risk.
Surf lesson
You must be able to swim 50m in a pool or open water. All participants must make us aware of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have and any prescribed medication they are taking. No-one should participate in any of SUB6 activities if they are suffering from a heart condition or if they are pregnant.

✅ 1 hour beginner Surf lesson (30min change time before and after )
✅ 1 hour Sauna experience beside the sea so you can dip and warm up .

What to bring
If you have your own wetsuit please bring it along, If not we include a wetsuit in the price and will provide the right size on the day.

When to arrive
Arrive at 30mins before the lesson. We operate on a National Trust Paid Beach so options are :
- Pay onto beach or use your National Trust membership if you have it.
- Park close by the beach and walk down for free, we recommend near Portstewart Golf Club on the road down to the beach.
