• From Thawed: 25-30 mins
  From Frozen: 40-45 mins

• Defrost in refrigerator (recommended) or cook from frozen.

  Read instructions fully before starting.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the foil packages on a cookie sheet and place in oven for 25-30 minutes (40-45 if frozen) or until the fish flakes slightly with a fork and an until internal thermometer reads 145F.  Half way through, carefully open the packets and drizzle maple syrup on each filet.  Re-fold packets.  Be careful, as steam may be released when opening.  Enjoy with a salad or green beans!
