In addition to its 6 Battle Maps, including old favorites like Juno Beach and Sword Beach, this box contains 4 "mini-expansions" that are completely independent from each other. Players can add 1, or 2, or all of them to their game: Way to Hell: This expansion introduces the Sea Battle Map to the game. Now, instead of starting your game on the beach, you actually play the terrible boat ride to get there! Players take the role of coxswains (the landing craft commanders) who must dodge German artillery, sea mines and beach obstacles to safely deliver their passengers on the beach. Once they have accomplished their mission, the game continues normally on land, with the players taking the role of the Units. When playing Way to Hell, players don't roll every turn to see what they gain (like the regular D-Day Dice game), they roll every turn to see what they LOSE. All the Landing Craft start with a full complement, and must reach the beach before they lose everyone! Gold Dice: These are played like any Red, White or Blue dice, but take the color of your choice, determined during the Final Tally. The box includes many ways to introduce Gold Dice to your game, and optional rules to make the most of them. Special Missions: A simple expansion that adds a new layer to the game: Special Missions, which the players must accomplish in order to win. This must be done in addition to the normal objectives of the game (storm the bunker and survive for 1 turn). 1 Special Mission card is drawn at random at the beginning of the game, and the players will have to fulfill its requirements before reaching the bunker. Some will ask for specific Items to be found, or Specialists to be recruited (and sacrificed). Others will ask for specific RWB bonuses or even Awards. War Heroes: 25 Specialist cards with a twist... each represents a real-life war hero of WWII! They work as replacement Specialists with slightly better abilities, so instead of rallying a Scout, for example, you can now rally "Scout Tommy Prince". The rules include a small bio for each of these exceptional individuals, ailing from the various countries who fought for the Allied cause, like Canada, USA, UK, France, Scotland, New Zealand or Australia, and from the many cultures inside these countries, like African Americans, Japanese Americans, Muslim Pakistanis, Jewish French, Maori, Irish, etc.

Outstanding affordable bed frame
Size: Twin, Style: Kai, Size: Twin, Style: Kai
Outstanding bed! Just the right size. Sturdy! Easy to assemble and looks great, too. I had some issues like other reviewers. Mattress slid so I put a layer of foam down between the frame and mattress. All good now! The frame’s too low to the floor for me so I added a thick foam topper so I’m higher up. No issues with slats falling out or anything getting loose over time. I had some difficulty assembling the frame as described but that’s a “me” problem. Got everything correct after a couple tries. The multiple attempts caused no damage. The wood slats took some rough handling during assembly due to them fitting in tight. Assembled fine as a single person with no help. Highly recommend! Especially for the price.

Another great bed frame from Zinus
Size: Queen, Style: Leah
This is the 3rd or 4th or so Zinus bed frame I've purchased and just like the rest, the assembly is easy to follow, it's sturdy, and it looks great. They're also easy to break down and re-assemble in case of a move. The way they use Velcro for the slats to stick to the frame that otherwise ALWAYS fall at some point on other bed frames and is a pain to fix, makes it so much better. They also have a sticky thing on the slats to stick the mattress to the bed frame so the mattress doesn't slide around but I never need to use it. I assembled the bed frame by myself and it took less than an hour. I love that they include a little ratchet in the hardware. All the screws screwed in easily to all the places they needed to go. It's not too heavy. I have a 12 inch mattress so it does almost completely cover the bottom slat on the headboard. The pillows on my 12 inch mattress pretty much cover the headboard. They must use a really thin mattress for the product picture because my bedding engulfs 99% of the frame and you can barely see it, so be warned if you want the bed frame to be visible but have a high mattress/fluffy bedding. I got this one because I had a really low profile frame from them before and I wanted to utilize under bed storage. This has plenty of room to put things away underneath. Either way I really enjoy Zinus's products and will continue to purchase them in the future.

Nice bed, directions need improving
Size: Twin, Style: Leah, Size: Twin, Style: Leah
The assembly should have been so simple. But because of the directions using letters instead of numbers and the product pieces being identified with numbers not letters, it yielded confusion. What should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking over an hour with more head scratching than there should have been. Overall great piece. The box was severely damaged upon arrival and was taped up poorly. A few pieces fell out of the big hole in the box and got knicked up when bringing inside thebhouse...not worth returning over, but still unfortunate for a nice bed. All said, the bed looks nice and feels sturdy for my toddler.

Solid Frame – Worth It, Just Be Patient with Assembly
Size: Full, Style: Kai
Long Review:
Surprisingly solid bed frame—well-designed and very sturdy. The packaging was slightly damaged during shipping, but luckily the frame itself was untouched. The included ratchet tool was a lifesaver; tightening all those bolts gets tiring fast after the fourth or fifth piece. The instructions could use improvement. The printed manual uses letters for parts, while the frame itself uses numbers—this mismatch makes it a bit confusing at times. The numbered stickers are helpful, but without labels on the parts, you’ll have to rely on grouping them visually and cross-checking with the paper guide. Assembly doesn’t require much brainpower, but the most frustrating step was attaching the backboard. I recommend leaving all the bolts loose until everything is aligned; trying to force the bamboo headboard into place can lead to misalignment or even damage. TL;DR: Great bed frame, sturdy and simple to assemble. The ratchet tool is super helpful. Instructions are a bit confusing—but better than IKEA's. You got this!!

Looks great, not quite easy to assembly.
Size: King, Style: Leah
Mostly easy to put together. Instructions and it's labeling of parts was a bit confusing, but if you pay attention to orientation of parts and where the holes are at in the photo, you'll get it. We've been sleeping on it for 2 months now. No problems at all. Seems very sturdy and no creaking or squeaking. One bolt inset was stripped and wouldn't take the bolt (left middle crossmember) but with at least 1 in it, it's working fine. It's not load bearing really so it doesn't matter.
