Unlike other retro-fit solutions on the market, our D5X doesn't require any adaptors or wiring hacks. Just like the original equipment, our D5X kit integrates the starter and igniter in the base of the unit and will plug directly into your factory headlight wiring harness. We expect that the installation can be carried within 10 minutes.

Vehicles fitted from the factory with a D5S Xenon Kit should know that the OE units from Philis and Osram are capped at 2,000 Lumens @ 25W. Considering that a typical halogen bulb produces around 1200 Lumens, the performance of the stock HID units are hardly game-changing.
We've developed a bespoke kit and bumped power output up to 35W - making it the ultimate D5 High-Performance Xenon kit upgrade.

We've bumped up the power up to 35W as compared to 25W for the OE Philips and Osram units that are factory fitted. The net result is that we've been able to achieve 79% increase in lux, and 42% increase in brightness.
The fit, finish, and connectors perfectly match the factory fitted units, so installation completely plays & play. Additionally, the igniter ballasts are built-in, so no additional cable management required.
