The BORLA Cat-Back system 140870BC was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F-150 equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L Engines. It includes 4" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and a dual side exit configuration. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features the Touring sound level that gives you a mild sound of power with no drone. It is also available with bright chromed tips (part number 140870). There are also systems available for the 2.7L and 3.5L F-150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip Exits. Add Adapter 60556 for Crew Cab with Standard Bed (6' 7") 157.2" Wheelbase vehicles. Add Adapter 60564 for Extended Cab with Long Bed (8' 2") 164.1" Wheelbase vehicles. Good quality, if you keep them oiled last a long time
If you keep these oiled and do not soak them, these boards last a long time. Good variety of sizes, durable (I use the larger 2 daily), and again, if you keep them oiled, easy to wipe down and haven't shown a sign of splitting. Durable as well. Would buy again.
