This expertly crafted wine has been blended from grapes grown in four specifically diverse terroirs: the sandy gravel soils of Firgrove and Raithby, the granite soils of the Jonkershoek, the cool gravelly slopes facing False Bay and the rich, red soils around Stellenbosch. Each vineyard block is vinified separately, allowing the unique characteristics of each block to develop. After a few months ageing, the final blend is made and the wine spends 12 months in French oak barriques before bottling.
Taste guide: gassis and black cherry aromas on the nose dance with fresh blackcurrant, violet, cedar and spice on the palate. Everything you are looking for in a Cabernet Sauvignon!
