Owner Đorđe works together with technologist Oszkár Maurer and grower Jelena Burmudžija to produce incredible wines of character and clarity that truly express the terroir, fermented exclusively on natural yeasts and without additional intervention in the cellar.

This is a medium-bodied macerated amber wine, high on minerality with complex zest. On the nose, it's apricot, dry flowers, honey and spice; the wine opens up to notes of peach, lychee, rose petal and bitter yellow flowers, jwith a smoky finish and a spicy nutty aftertaste. A wine that is equally suited to both food or on its own.

Serve chilled and let it breathe for 25 minutes before drinking.
