I bought size M medium. I am 5'10" and 165 pounds. The shirt fit me well. It could be a tad longer if you like to tuck them in, otherwise, it's a very high quality shirt. I only wear T-shirts that have a pocket and this one has a very good one.

I’m overall happy with this shirt. The fabric feels thick and substantial, giving it a quality, durable feel that holds up well after a few washes. It’s soft enough for comfort but has enough weight to keep its shape and avoid looking flimsy.
The fit is generally true to size, and the cut is flattering through the body without being overly tight. My only small issue is the sleeves—they run a bit loose and aren’t as fitted as I’d like. Nice heavy weight short sleeve Tee very much like a Haines Beefy Tee in weight and a little less cost. The fit was exactly as Haines or other brand name tee shirts and as stated the weight and quality is almost identical as the Haines Beefy Tee's. Great shirts at a great price.
