Nikolai Nikolaevich begins when its titular hero, a pickpocket by trade, is released from prison after World War II and finds a job in a Moscow biological laboratory. Starting out as a kind of janitor, he is soon recruited to provide sperm for strange experiments intended to create life in the Andromeda galaxy. The hero finds himself at the center of the 1948 purge of biological science in the Soviet Union, in a transgressive tale that joins science fiction (and science fact) with gulag slang and a love story. The protagonist and narrator of Camouflage is an alcoholic who claims that he and his gang of friends are just one part of a vast camouflaging operation organized by the Party to hide the Soviet Union's underground military-industrial complex from the CIA's spy satellites. As they pass their time on the streets and share their alcohol-inspired fantasies, they see the stark reality of the Cold War in Russia in the late seventies. Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new.
I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits.
I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally.
Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth....then awesome sauce!
I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth.
I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Im happy to report back again in a month or so with outcome plus before and after photos👍🏽

A tiny natural loofah that cleans well.
I am thoroughly impressed. This little pouch is a game-changer for my skincare routine. It's the perfect size for holding my soap bars, and the natural sisal and ramie materials provide excellent exfoliation without being too harsh on my skin.

This handy little tool holds my soap and exfoliates my skin gently.
I bought this as a bag for my new shampoo bar so it'll last longer. This bag generates a nice lather, hangs off my shower caddy, and allows the bar to dry between uses. Makes shampoo bars much more convenient. The texture of the pouch remains scratchy after 3 or 4 uses so far but it produces a good amount of lather in combination with my bar soap. Hoping it softens up with use. Very good for exfoliating! The bag does have a canvas scent to it, but once you add water and lather up the soap inside it disappears. I love this bag. We always have a bunch of soap pieces in a basket on our tub, and now we can use them till there’s nothing left! My husband's biggest complaint when convincing him to switch to bar soaps with me was that they are so slippery in the shower and difficult to use. This thing is the ANSWER! It's the perfect sudsy, exfoliating grip for bar soaps that is still eco friendly - plus, the string is great for hanging on the shower head after!
